This notice explains the rules applied by ARCO SolutionS s.r.l. (hereinafter “data controller”) to the collection and processing of your personal data as a natural person through the website arcosolutions.eu (hereinafter “the site”).
The purpose is to comply with current legislation on personal data processing, including the obligations to protect personal information provided during online browsing or use of the services offered by the site.
This notice does not extend to processing carried out by third parties through external websites that may be linked from the site. The data controller disclaims any responsibility or obligation regarding the content of such external sites.

The processing of your personal data will be guided by principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, in order to protect confidentiality and rights. The data collected may also be processed by third-party companies appointed as Data Processors.
The data controller is committed to processing the collected data in compliance with the principle of “minimization,” meaning data is acquired and processed only for the purposes described below and in accordance with the “storage limitation” principle set out in Article 5 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Browsing our website does not involve the processing of personal data, since data collection through plugins and back-end tools occurs anonymously, except in the following case:
Collection of data via the contact form: your contact request involves the collection of personal information such as first name, last name, and email address. This data will be processed solely to provide the requested service with your consent. Consent may be withdrawn as described later in this notice. This data will be retained until the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved.
Cookies and profiling
The site does not in any way use IT techniques for the direct acquisition of personal identifying data of the user, nor profiling systems; however, to make browsing easier and faster, so-called “technical” cookies are used. Cookies are small pieces of software code that allow us to distinguish new visitors from returning ones and to understand how users navigate our site. Cookies do not record any personal information. The use of so-called session cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient browsing of the site.
For its operation, this site uses only technical cookies, and their use is not aimed at collecting personal identifying data of the user. Therefore, no consent to data processing is requested: simply put, personal data is not processed. Here is how we do this:

YouTube is a video display service managed by Google Inc. that allows this site to embed such content within its pages. On this site, videos are called using the specific URL “https://www.youtube-nocookie.com,” which does not use profiling cookies.
Google Fonts (Google Inc.)
The site does not use Google Fonts libraries or servers: font files are loaded locally, within the site’s folders.
If you wish to disable or limit the use of cookies, you need to customize your browser settings and prevent — for example — third parties from installing them, by setting all cookies to be deleted or activating a warning message when cookies are stored.

Your personal data may be communicated, strictly in relation to the purposes indicated above and/or to comply with legal obligations, to the parties or categories of parties listed below:
Suppliers of goods and services, including outsourced ones, for the provision of services related to the relationship established with you (assistance, site maintenance, provision of electronic communication networks and services).
Such parties will process your data as Data Processors (Art. 28 of the Regulation). The list of Data Processors is available at the data controller’s offices and may be consulted by you upon request to the data controller.
The personal data used will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
Methods of processing and collection
Personal data will be processed using IT tools in compliance with data protection regulations, and in particular with the appropriate technical and organizational measures referred to in Art. 32.1 of the Regulation, observing every precautionary measure to ensure its integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
Personal data will not be disclosed, except where required by law.
The data is not subject to automated decision-making processes.
Rights granted to the data subject
As a data subject, you have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data, or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you, where the conditions provided for by the GDPR apply (Arts. 15–18).
In the case of rectification, supplementation, or erasure, you have the right to request the list of recipients of such activities (Art. 19).
You have the right to receive, in a clear and readable format, the personal data held by the data controller and to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance (Art. 20).
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you where the conditions provided for by the GDPR apply (Art. 21).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) – www.garanteprivacy.it
You may also withdraw, at any time, any consent given for data processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.

The data controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
This notice will be subject to updates in case of regulatory changes or new purposes. The data controller will make every effort to inform you if such changes are relevant to you.
